VGH opens new sales office in China

Schwelm, 9th June 2008 – VGH AG (Viktoria Garten Hüttenindustriebedarf AG) announces the opening of a new sales office in Shanghai. With this step VGH AG is underlining its strategy to intensify and expand business not only directly in China but also in further Asian markets. The new operations in Shanghai will be carried out in close cooperation with Kingstein Industries and business will be managed by Dr. Hui Xie.

Alongside the sales of machines and equipment to the steel and iron making industries in China and other Asian countries – a focus of VGH’s activities will be the purchasing of raw materials for refractory production. Furthermore, VGH AG intends to promote and increase the market share of the company’s own brand Theramer (refractory products and cements) in Asia.
